We recently were guests in your Hôtel Sully Saint-Germain for five nights. We had reservations at another hotel close to you that was unsuitable and we looked locally and met your Mr. Mouley Amrani at the Sully. We changed our accommodations with the first hotel and moved to your hotel where Mr. Amrani made our stay an eventful experience. His attention to our needs was very much appreciated and we look forward to staying with you in the very near future (April).
Mouley, Thank you for all your help. This has been a wonderful trip and you have been part of it. Our room made the trip a little more special.

[…] We particularly wanted to express our appreciation for our recent and most pleasurable stay at the hotel Sully Saint-Germain. We have travelled the world a great deal since retirement and have found no hotel, however expensive, which matches the warmth, comfort, cleanliness, and unsurpassed quality of service as that offered by your hotel. We recognize that these feature can only be attributed to the excellence of your leadership and management. For it is you who has selected and trained a staff which, in our experience, is without equal in terms of efficiency, courtesy, and genuine desire to be on assistance to guests where it may be requested or needed.
It is difficult to describe the degree of pleasure we experienced during our eight days stay in room 2, with its view of the atrium and beautiful plants. After a tiring day visiting the many museums and other features one finds in Paris, what a delight it was to relax and look out from the room at the beautiful view that you have provided… while, of course, enjoying a glass or two of our favourite wine !
It is our plan to return to visit with you and the wonderful staff many times in the future. If it were in our power to do so, we would remove the three stars from the hotel’s entrance and replace them with a five stars. This is because we have nowhere encountered a hotel, regardless of expense, which equals the level of comfort, service and true French ambiance that one enjoys as our guest. Merci many times over !
Again, our thanks to the entire hotel staff , but particularly to you, Mr. Monley and Mr. Taleb with whom we hope to renew acquaintance on our next visit.
